I earned a degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Santiago de Compostela, a master’s degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the Technical University of Madrid’s Agricultural Engineering School and a postgraduate degree in Food Science and Technology. I strongly believe that training is the best foundation for quality work. Many wineries have trusted in my experience to make their wines. My portfolio includes brands such as Adegas Castrobrey, Valmiñor, Valdesil, Pazo de Fefiñanes, Pazo de Rivas, Vitheras, Bodegas Ébano or Adega Edmundo do Val in Vinho Verde.
